John had an Ok day yesterday. He did sit around all day except for a short walk to mail some bills and a shorter walk to get the mail in the afternoon. He is not complaining. Doesn't do much good if he does. The doctor has called twice, the evening of the surgery and the next afternoon. Today at 2 PM the 'sit in the chair' restriction ends.
This morning I'll take Kathy out to do some errands. John never goes along but may today to keep from being bored to death. He wants a Cardinal flag or something to put out on Sunday. There are a couple places in here with Steeler stuff all over but no Cardinals stuff----- anywhere.

good for Dad to root for the under dog even when the under dogs state won't root of them.....I hope they win too.
