Must be spring. This flower was open this morning when we got back from our walk. Such a beautiful delicate flower in a spiny old cactus.
The cactus with the big long stem has not bloomed, yet. The stem hasn't grown much taller either. The neighborhood folks are all watching it. The flower buds are larger and it leans a bit more everyday.
