Gavin started with a snotty nose yesterday and is a bit more congested today but is not acting ill. I know we all will have it soon. The more snot the more kissy he gets!! The snotty nose has not upset his appetite any.
We are learning the correct way to serve food. Pancakes must be cut--with a different knife than his own. Never use the knife in his place setting. Syrup must be on the side for pancake dipping but not touch the pancakes before he dips the pieces. Every thing goes better with ketchup. No brainer. He eats mostly things that are good for him. Hey, ice cream is dairy. Broccoli must be very well buttered.
He is having a problem with why we can't produce what ever TV show he wants to watch right now. No understanding of life with out Tivo. I suppose like dial telephones, foreign to him.
We did get over to the 'big' park yesterday for an hour before it started to rain. There were other kids there so it was loads of fun. Other wise a quiet day, we colored and read the books a couple of times.
We are trying to get our ducks in a row so we can leave for AZ, maybe a week from Sunday or Monday. The 'boat guy' should be here Thursday or Friday and we can get it and all the outside stuff and porch furniture in the garage. Thank goodness for a big garage.
