My weight stayed the same this week. That is amazing, I probably should have gained. The exercise is the only thing helping me hold my own. I will work a bit harder on the food point counting this week.
It rained yesterday and snowed a bit in the mountains. Windy today. Tonight more rain and snow. UGH!
This afternoon K and I are going over W Mart to pick up a few things.
