Yesterday I walked around the house and came face to face with a deer. We were both startled and just stood there. Like deer in the head lights. I was thinking she could just open her mouth and bite me? The deer was probably thinking the same thing. I had my camera in my pocket but by the time I thought and got it out, she was off through the yards.
Every day I see more signs of fall. Some of the leaves are turning yellow in the forest. I am still waiting for summer.
